Gala Dinner Event

A kickoff meeting is the first meeting with the project team and the clients of the project. This meeting would follow definition of the base elements for the project and other project planning activities.

SBI MF organized a Kick Off Meet for their new distributors & employees with their leadership team. And we were the first agency they have contacted through their internal referrals. And we proved them right by delivering a spectacular show. It was a three days residential program having special attraction each day..

Day one saw the specially curated team building session by motivational speaker Priya Kumar with some important presentations and discussion with the leadership team.

Day two had the important discussions and presentations in the day sesion while in the evening they had a Gala Dinner with the Hawaiian Theme and fusion DJ.

Day three had the R&R, group photo and the Musical Extravaganza in the evening with the live performances of bollywood veterans Priya Panchal, Divya Kumar and bollywood music directors Sachin - Jigar.

Overall it was a wonderful weekend with many great sessions.
